Spring has arrived at The Archer, and big personality is coming in small pours. The new cocktail lineup proves bold flavor doesn’t require a large format as each cocktail delivers layered taste, striking presentation and a story worth sipping.
The Spring 2026 flavor lineup is inspired by three unexpected muses: dill, orange and cheese, inviting guests to experiment with bold flavors this season.
- Dill with Attitude: Herbaceous, crisp and a little cheeky. Built around The Archer’s house-made lemon pepper tonic, this cocktail lets dill take center stage. Whether it earns a permanent place on the menu is up to guests, but it’s one worth trying.
- C.R.E.A.M.: A creamsicle-inspired cocktail that doubles as a nostalgia trip. Made with orange tea, Licor 43 and Sláinte whiskey, it offers a grown-up take on a childhood favorite.
- El Mancheguito 75: A riff on the French 75, infused with Manchego cheese and paired with a sparkling Lambrusco sidecar — a playful twist on a classic.
