Downtown restaurant The Archer announced the appointment of Taylor Piedfort (pictured) as its new executive chef.
Pedfort has been with The Archer since the concept opened in 2024 and has helped create several dishes that remain fan favorites today, including the crispy eggplant. The appointment marks a new chapter for the restaurant, with new menu items and unique programming planned.
“I am extremely excited to be taking over as executive chef at The Archer,” Pedfort said. “I look forward to creating fun and exciting new dishes using seasonal ingredients from our local farmers and purveyors, including Ghost Grow, Raven Farms, Peculiar Pig Farms and GRIT Bakery. I love working with our incredible team here, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this next chapter.”
