Local seafood restaurant Tempest is celebrating four years in Charleston by welcoming guests on August 15th to commemorate the special milestone. The evening will feature unique specials by Chef Partners Jamie Lynch and Adam Hodgson, alongside the Chef de Cuisine, Seth Green.
The anniversary specials include:
- Smoked Oyster Pâté: Nori hot sauce, sourdough
- Tilefish: Chicken jus, alliums, beech mushrooms
- ‘Key Lime Pie’: Key lime crémeux, bay leaf crumble, graham cracker ice cream
