Southbound is ushering in the holiday season with a new pop-up experience designed to transport guests straight into the heart of a winter wonderland. Beginning Friday, Nov. 28, the restaurant will debut Evergreen Terrace, a Christmas-inspired outdoor dining retreat that transforms the Garden Terrace into a glowing, rustic holiday escape.
The space—reimagined by designer Kelleanne Jones—blends old-world Christmas charm with cabin-style coziness. Guests will step into a setting trimmed with evergreens, warm ambient lighting, nostalgic décor, and twinkling touches meant to evoke the magic of a festive mountain retreat beneath the winter sky.
Diners on the Evergreen Terrace can enjoy the full Southbound dinner menu, along with a lineup of terrace-exclusive holiday cocktails crafted specifically for the seasonal pop-up. Since the experience is fully outdoors, guests are encouraged to bring their warmest layers and lean into the cozy, cold-weather ambiance.
Evergreen Terrace will run through Dec. 31. Reservations are recommended, though limited walk-ins will be welcomed as space permits.
