Beginning Tuesday, March 11th, Southbound will debut an exclusive bar-only experience, a refined take on a classic bar burger and happy hour, available Tuesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The new Southbound Burger ($20) features a thick, cooked patty crafted from a blend of short rib, brisket, and chuck and grilled over open wood fire for a deep, smoky flavor. The patty is enveloped in melted cheddar and topped with grilled red onion and signature sauce, all in a toasted brioche bun. Housemade pickles accompany to round out the plate.
Launching alongside the burger is a special happy hour for bar patrons, offering half-off all specialty cocktails.
This experience is reserved exclusively for bar guests, where seating remains first-come, first-served.
