The holiday season will be in full swing at Prohibition beginning at 11am on Friday, November 29th as the famed Christmas-themed pop-up bar, Sippin’ Santa, will return to the downtown hotspot. The pop-up features a menu of festive cocktails delivered in Sippin’ Santa’s signature Christmas mugs and glassware. Plus, Prohibition’s culinary team will serve specialty menus of holiday-inspired bites.
The cocktail menu will deliver some of Sippin’ Santa’s favorites from years past, including some festive twists on tiki classics, as well as some new Christmas cocktails crafted especially for the 2024 season. To enhance the holiday spirit, each cocktail will be served in a festive mug or glass, which are available for purchase. Cocktails will include the Frosty the Merman, Sugar Plum Mai Tai, Yule Tide, and a Merry Spritzmas.
Chefs Greg Garrison, Analisa LaPietra and the Prohibition culinary team will serve holiday-inspired dishes throughout the pop-up that highlight the flavors of the season. Holiday dishes will include a variety of snacks and large plates, including Ho Ho Ho Hot Wings, North Pole Poutine, Black Truffle Mac and Cheese, Buddy the Elf Burger, and the Leg Lamp Sandwich.
