Duke's Mayonnaise has announced that registration for their 4th Annual Hot Tomato Summer is now open.
To kick-off tomato season, Duke’s will be back in Charleston — and 5 other cities across the Southeast — to blend the joy of Southern comfort foods and the culinary arts by supporting local chefs and bringing communities together.
Hot Tomato Summer is a 10-day long celebration (July 18-28, 2024) of local restaurants dishing out their most creative recipes using two Southern staples – Duke’s Mayo and tomatoes. In the past, chefs have offered creations like mayo and tomato ice cream and modern riffs on the classic tomato and mayo sandwich.
Any local restaurants that are interested in adding a signature Duke’s and tomato recipe to their menu, competing for The Golden Tomato Award, and of course, scoring some Duke’s swag. Restaurant registration is open now through June 28th.
