Prohibition will once again transform into a winter wonderland with the return of its annual Sippin’ Santa Holiday Pop-Up, running from Friday, Nov. 28 through Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025.
Guests can enjoy new and returning tiki-inspired cocktails and mocktails served in Sippin’ Santa’s collectible holiday mugs and glassware, while Prohibition’s culinary team will offer special seasonal menus. Combined with a lineup of live holiday music, Sippin’ Santa will be a festive destination for dinner, drinks, brunch, and events of all sizes.
The Sippin’ Santa 2025 cocktail menu will feature popular favorites from years past, along with new creations to toast the season. Each drink will be served in festive glassware available for purchase. Highlights include the Coco Ho Ho Ho, Sugar Plum Mai Tai, Wreck the Halls, and Pineapple Upside-Down Cask. New this year is Sippin’ Santa’s first-ever Christmas mocktail — the Designated Sledder — made with lime, coconut, pineapple, pandan syrup, and tonic water.
Chefs Greg Garrison and Analisa LaPietra will craft holiday-inspired menus using fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. Brunch and dinner offerings will include shareable snacks and larger plates such as Claus’s Coconut Shrimp, Kalua Luau Pork Sliders, O Come, All Ye Fried Rice, Christmas Morning Pasta Carbonara, and All I Want for Christmas Is Tacos. A kids menu will also be available during brunch and dinner service.
Live holiday music from some of Charleston’s favorite performers will enhance the Sippin’ Santa experience. Guests can enjoy live bands on Monday and Thursday nights at 9 p.m., DJ performances on Friday through Sunday nights at 10 p.m., and festive tunes during Saturday and Sunday brunch beginning at 11 a.m.
