The Hidden Cantina, a limited-time pop-up at Prohibition, is now open at the property’s back bar.
The concept offers Mexican-inspired cocktails featuring Patrón Tequila and Illegal Mezcal in a festive, reimagined atmosphere.
Beverage Director Jim McCourt’s cocktail menu explores the flavor profiles of Patrón Tequilas and Ilegal Mezcals through Prohibition-era cocktails with Mexican influence, including the Oaxaca Old Fashioned, the Smuggler’s Sour, an Espresso Martini made with Patrón Reposado, and a classic Paloma. Guests can also experience traditional Mezcal Tequila Bandera services.
Open for spring, The Hidden Cantina at Prohibition is available only at the back bar from 4 p.m. to close Thursday through Sunday. The cocktail menu will be served in addition to Prohibition’s regular food and beverage menus.
