The team from Prohibition in Charleston, Repeal 33 in Savannah, and Prohibition in Columbia today announced plans to raise funds for relief efforts following the devastation from Hurricane Helene. From now through Sunday, October 6th, 2024, a portion of the week’s happy hour proceeds from all stores will be donated to the Southern Smoke Foundation’s Hurricane Helene relief efforts.
The Southern Smoke Foundation’s Emergency Relief Fund works to provide relief to food & beverage industry members in crisis. Happy Hour funds raised this week will assist in helping our fellow industry workers with lost wages pay for essentials including food, clothing, and housing.
“The devastating impact of Hurricane Helene is beyond comprehension,” said partner and executive chef Greg Garrison. “We hope to provide some help and support to our fellow food & beverage workers in the communities affected by this disaster”
