Pink Cactus will host a book signing on Monday, Feb. 23, from 5 to 7 p.m., celebrating the release of South Carolina Cocktails: An Elegant Collection of Over 100 Recipes Inspired by the Palmetto State by Charleston-based writer, audio producer and The Southern Fork podcast host Stephanie Burt.
The newly released book explores South Carolina’s cocktail culture through more than 100 recipes and bartender profiles from across the state. Pink Cactus is featured in the collection with its signature Pink Cactus Margarita, inspired by the rare Santa Rita cactus prickly pear.
To mark the occasion, Pink Cactus will offer:
- Two complimentary Pink Cactus Margaritas with the purchase of the book
- Complimentary chips, guacamole and salsa
- A meet-and-greet and book signing with Stephanie Burt
