This March, Pink Cactus, the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood restaurant serving Oaxacan-inspired cuisine, is celebrating seven years in Charleston. To commemorate the anniversary, the eatery will host a weekend-long celebration on Saturday, March 7, and Sunday, March 8.
On Saturday, the restaurant’s signature prickly pear Pink Cactus Margarita will be available for $7 all day. On Sunday, guests can enjoy the weekly Sunday special featuring $4 Pink Cactus margaritas and $20 Pink Cactus pitchers throughout the day.
The celebration will also include the debut of the Pink Cactus Anniversary Margarita, created as a nod to regulars who frequently request a spicier version of the restaurant’s signature pink margarita. The Anniversary Margarita blends prickly pear with fresh serrano, a splash of coconut milk and a Tajín rim for a sweet-and-spicy twist.
