Philosophers & Fools, a bookstore bar at 50 Bogard Street, will host a “Rosé All the Ways” Class with Certified Sommelier Sarah O’Kelley on Wednesday, July 29 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
The class will explore the history of rosé wine, distinct styles (from still to Champagne), and distinct regions (from France to California). Tickets are $75 and include four wines and a cheese pairing with each wine.
There will be a detailed handout, ample time for questions, and an order sheet to order your favorite wines for pick-up.
