Pelato, located at 1085 Morrison Drive, will celebrate Father’s Day on Sunday, June 21, with both brunch and dinner service.
Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., followed by dinner from 4:30 to 9 p.m.
Created by the Scotto family, whose roots in the restaurant industry span generations in New York, Pelato blends nostalgic Italian American comfort food with a family-style dining atmosphere. The restaurant has also been recognized by OpenTable as one of the top brunch restaurants in the United States.
For the holiday, guests can enjoy a special à la carte menu featuring a Meatball Parm Sub with toasted sesame bread, house-made meatballs, cherry peppers and a blend of Italian cheeses, along with a hearty Short Rib Rigatoni with braised short rib ragù and Parmigiano Reggiano.
Behind the bar, specialty cocktails include a Tequila Negroni made with blanco tequila, sweet vermouth and Cappelletti, as well as the Pelato Old Fashioned made with Eagle Rare bourbon.
Reservations are highly recommended and can be made through OpenTable. Walk-ins are welcome for brunch, dinner and bar seating.
