Ocean Blue, the signature oceanfront restaurant at The Ellie Beach Resort, will offer a special Valentine’s Day dinner Saturday, Feb. 14, featuring a flexible à la carte menu designed to let couples create their own ideal evening.
Set against sweeping Atlantic Ocean views, Ocean Blue combines elevated comfort food, indulgent entrées and decadent desserts in a relaxed yet romantic setting, making it a standout option for Valentine’s Day dining by the water. The restaurant is part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
The Valentine’s menu begins with an amuse-bouche of shrimp ceviche, followed by starter options such as roasted red pepper and tomato bisque, beet carpaccio with whipped goat cheese, or a spinach, fig and prosciutto salad.
Entrées include filet mignon with red wine demi-glace, butter-poached lobster tail, herb-crusted rack of lamb and house-made butternut ravioli. Desserts feature chocolate Bundt cake and crème brûlée cheesecake to round out the evening.
Menu items range from $9 to $48, allowing guests to customize their dining experience while enjoying Ocean Blue’s signature beachfront ambiance.
