Downtown Japanese restaurant O-Ku will be hosting Midori Roth, a national sake expert, for a special Sake Happy Hour on Thursday, July 10th from 5 pm until 7 pm.
Event attendees will be able to take part in a sake tasting featuring hard-to-find bottle s like Manabito Ginjo, Hideyoshi Namacho Honjozo, Hideyoshi Lachamte Sparkling, Dewatsuru Junmai Nigori Sake, and Chokaisan Junmai Daiginjo. During the tasting, Chef Thad Stuckey will serve small bites that pair well with the sakes.
