Mellow Mushroom this month revamped its selection of burgers, which is now available across all locations. Attendees can enjoy smash-style burgers featuring hand-pressed patties made with 100% black Angus beef. Replacing the concept’s former traditional burger style, the new burgers will include two smash-style patties on a buttered brioche bun served with Cascadian Farms Organic Spud Puppies.

Ritz Burger
