Options include favorites like the Chicken St. Charles with fried chicken and tasso cream sauce, Eggs Cochon with apple-braised pork, the classic Eggs Blackstone, Bayou Shrimp featuring Gulf shrimp and Creole tomato sauce and One Tomato, Two Tomato with fried green tomatoes.
