“We’ve been fortunate to be part of the Savannah restaurant community since we opened Husk here over eight years ago, and we’re honored to deepen our roots here with the opening Marbled & Fin,” said Kenny Lyons, President of The Neighborhood Dining Group. “We’re looking forward to bringing the same level of hospitality and care from our Charleston location and adding to Savannah’s legacy of great dining experiences.”
Marbled & Fin Savannah’s menu is led by Executive Chef Jesse Kloskey, a tenured chef who previously cooked in Michelin-rated kitchens across Northern California for over a decade. Bringing a fresh, playful, and seasonal perspective to classic steakhouse cuisine, guests can expect to enjoy luxury bites and a wide array of raw bar offerings, lighter preparations including salads, small plates, and vegetable-forward dishes, and over a dozen selections of premium cuts of beef from top purveyors accompanied by sauces, enhancement, and sides.
“My approach to this menu is centered on showcasing exceptional steak and seafood at the highest level, while also taking advantage of Savannah’s longer growing seasons,” said Jesse Kloskey, Executive Chef. “It’s about creating a modern steakhouse experience that feels celebratory and well-rounded, balancing bold proteins with refined starters, sides, and vegetable-forward dishes.”
The beverage program showcases innovative cocktails from the mind of NDG’s Project Director Kevin King with refined techniques and classic inspirations alongside a robust wine list of over 200+ selections curated by NDG President Kenny Lyons and Sommelier Michael Kowalski. The commitment to a best-in-class beverage program extends to spirits, boasting one of the best selections in Savannah, including a collection of rare single barrel bourbon and rye whiskey offerings from The Neighborhood Dining Group’s exclusive collection of bottles.
Located at 520 East Oglethorpe Avenue, Marbled & Fin will bring the same commitment to the finest quality steaks, beautifully presented seafood, and elevated service as the Charleston location, which earned accolades such as Southern Living’s Best New Restaurants and Wine Enthusiast’s Best Restaurants of 2025 since its opening in 2024. General Manager Donald Krell will lead the team, drawing on his polished, fast-paced experience across the East Coast to shape the concept, with a steadfast commitment to exceptional hospitality and culinary excellence.
“At its core, hospitality is about people - both our guests and our team,” said Krell. “At Marbled & Fin, we’re committed to delivering thoughtful, attentive service that not only elevates the dining experience, but also fosters a sense of connection and community.”
The NDG team has worked alongside Wakely Properties and MB Within Interior Design for the Savannah project, building on longstanding collaborations with Wakely Properties for Husk Savannah and MB Within for Marbled & Fin Charleston. With an expansive bar and wine room upon entry, two private dining spaces upstairs, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city’s iconic live oak tree-lined streets, it pushes the boundaries of the traditional steakhouse at every corner.
Full menus will be announced at a later date. Marbled & Fin Savannah will initially be open Wednesday through Sunday for its first two weeks, with bar service beginning at 4pm and dinner at 5pm; starting April 27, the restaurant will transition to seven-day service, with additional hours to be announced.
