Downtown steakhouse Marbled & Fin is launching brunch service later this month. Adding to the restaurant’s seven-nights-a-week dinner service, weekend brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting with limited reservations available the weekend of January 18–19 and an official launch on January 25–26. Reservations can be made on Resy now.
Guests can look forward to classic brunch items with a twist, such as Brunch Caviar Service featuring Caviar, Eggs Two Ways, and Hash Browns; Silk & Pearls featuring a French Omelet, Herb Cheese, and Caviar Beurre Blanc; and a Weekend Roast featuring Prime Picanha with Truffled Gravy, Carrots, Mashed Potatoes, and Yorkshire Pudding.
In addition, guests can indulge in sweeter offerings like the Paris Brest Cream Puff with Yuzu, Almond, and Diplomat Cream, and French Toast soaked in Crème Brûlée, topped with Hazelnuts and Maple. There will also be additional entree options, including the M&F Burger featuring Sharp Cheddar, Lettuce, Big Max Sauce, and Steak Fries, and the Battered Fish Sandwich with Lettuce, Pickles, Tartar Sauce, and Steak Fries.
