Ma’am Saab, Charleston’s modern Pakistani restaurant, is teaming up with Sarah’s Dumps, the Holy City’s beloved, local dumpling company, for the first time ever on Wednesday, May 28, for a one-night-only five-course K-Pak Flavor Night, where Pakistani spice meets South Korean soul.
From 5 - 9 p.m., Ma’am Saab's Chef Jason Lapp and the dumpling dream team, co-owners Sarah and Nathan Williams-Scalise from Sarah’s Dumps, will dish out a $75 per person, multi-course fusion menu that (deliciously!) breaks all the rules.
This special pop-up event is presented by CHS AAPI Collective. Reservations are highly encouraged.
Ma’am Saab is located at 251 Meeting Street. For more information, visit www.maamsaabchs.com. To book your reservation on OpenTable, click here.
