Drawing Near to God (DNG), a Charleston-based non-denominational women’s ministry with over twenty years of community impact, invites local women to experience their mission firsthand at their Taste & See Luncheon on Thursday, Sept. 11, at St. Andrew’s Church in Mt. Pleasant (440 Whilden St.) from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
The luncheon offers women the chance to enjoy a meal together, connect in a warm and welcoming setting and hear from founder Joanne Ellison about how DNG helps women grow in faith and friendship. Please note that lunch is included and seating is limited, so those interested should register online HERE. The event is free of charge, but donations are more than welcome.
The luncheon previews Making Space for God, DNG’s signature Thursday morning small-group program held each fall and spring. With impactful and theologically sound teachings, thoughtfully crafted small groups and powerful prayer, the program creates a space for women to deepen their faith, ask questions and engage in meaningful discussions while building lifelong relationships.
Women seeking community and interested in learning more about how DNG can support them in connection, community and growth are encouraged to attend the event.
