Life Raft Treats, the local ice cream and sweets company best known for their signature "Not Fried Chicken" ice cream, will appear on ABC's Shark Tank on Friday, October 25, 2024 at 8 pm.
The company, which was founded by Cynthia Wong, a six-time James Beard Foundation Award semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef, will be featured on the show to promote the "Not Fried Chicken" treat, which looks like a fried chicken drumstick but is actually ice cream. The ice cream is made with waffle ice cream, a chocolate-covered cookie "bone," and a coating of white chocolate and crushed corn flakes.
