Starting on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024, Chef Vivian Howard's restaurant, Lenoir in downtown Charleston, will be selling a Cherry Bounce cocktail to raise money for hospitality workers affected by Hurricane Helene.
Appropriately, the Cherry Bounce is a cocktail long associated with North Carolina. Lenoir's version is made with cinnamon-spiced cherry juice, lemon, Cathead vodka, and topped with ginger beer. The cocktail costs $14 and $5 from each drink sold will be donated to the Southern Smoke Foundation, which supports hospitality workers in crisis.
