Legami, the contemporary Italian restaurant from Washington Street Hospitality, is adding new fall-inspired dishes to its brunch menu. The Charleston restaurant, which opened one year ago, is led by brothers Eldredge and Tyler Ropolo, the team behind Pasta Beach Providence and Pasta Beach Newport.
The menu, created by Italian-born Chef Andrea Congiusta, features shareable dishes and housemade pastas inspired by the team’s upbringings in Torino and Rome. Chef Congiusta trained at several Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy and brings authentic Italian techniques to each dish.
Longtime brunch favorites, such as the Cinnamon Honey Brioche and Carbonara, remain on the menu, while new fall offerings include:
- Cinnamon Honey Brioche – spiced, toasted brioche topped with fresh strawberries
- Truffle Pappardelle – pasta tossed in truffle butter and finished with parmesan
- Ravioli – filled with ricotta, pomodoro, and garlic
- Eggs Benedict – brioche topped with bacon, hollandaise, and chives
Legami’s fall brunch is available on weekends.
