Guests can skip the fast food lines and enjoy chef-prepared dishes—and a few deals to boot. The late-night lineup includes:
- Loaded Fries ($10): Parmesan, yum yum sauce, pickled apple and Fresno chili (add duck confit or braised short rib for $2)
- Steak Tartare ($10): GRIT sourdough, horseradish, pickled vegetables and peppercorn aioli
- Crab Dip ($10): Pepita chili crunch, house chips and chives
- The Archer Burger ($15): Parmesan cream, fancy sauce, shaved red onion and shoestring fries
- Burger and Signature Cocktail ($25): The Archer’s signature burger paired with a drink of your choice
- One & One ($10): A Munkle Pilsner and Baby Bird shot combo
