Provençal inspired restaurant and sipping lounge La Cave has introduced a new monthly Chef's Tasting Dinner Series, with the first dinner slated for Tuesday, March 4.
Hosted on the first Tuesday of each month, the dinners will feature a seasonal, five-course menu, curated by Chef Teshawn Gamble and paired alongside cocktails or wine by Beverage Director Hailey Knight. The evening offers just one seating at 6:30 p.m., so guests can enjoy intentional coursing and commentary by the chef and beverage partners.
For the first dinner of the series, on Tuesday, March 4, the team has partnered with Nippitaty Distillery to curate cocktail pairings that complement the early spring inspired menu, which includes:
- First Course: watermelon & tomato gazpacho
- Second Course: scallop & blood orange crudo
- Third Course: pasta with citrus beurre blanc & caviar
- Fourth Course: chicken marsala with Raven Farms mushrooms
- Fifth Course: raspberry & chocolate pavlova
