La Cave's will host their latest Chef's Tasting Dinner on Tuesday, May 6 at 6:30 p.m. The event is part of their monthly series that is held on the first Tuesday of every month.
The evening will feature one seating for a seasonal, five-course menu, curated by Chef Teshawn Gamble and beverage pairings from Beverage Director Hailey Knight. This month, they've partnered with Patrón for some fun, tequila-based cocktails creations to complement the menu, which includes:
- Chevré, Proscuitto, and Asparagus Salad
- Lobster Ceviche
- Chilean Sea Bass with a mango reduction
- Al Pastor Pork with a cilantro risotto cake and charred corn salsa
- Spiced Chocolate Cake
