On Wednesday, May 28 at 6:00 p.m., Chef David Schuttenberg will host a one-night-only, mala-style crawfish boil, prepared live on the Kwei Fei patio.
Chef David will be breaking out the wok cart and live cooking a Lowcountry meets Sichuan boil, all while jamming to Kwei Fei's Slightly Irreverent Playlist.
Guests can also expect a three-course menu with the signature mala punch, paired with Rieslings from Skurnik Wine and Grassroots to balance the burn.
