On Thursday, Jan. 15, Chef David Schuttenberg will welcome Seattle-based Chef Travis Post of Plenty of Clouds to the kitchen at Kwei Fei for a one-night-only collaborative dinner inspired by Yunnanese cuisine.
According to the restaurant, diners can expect bold spice, fresh herbs and layered flavors, with a menu designed for sharing and rooted in the food traditions of China’s Yunnan province. Lisa Post and Tina Schuttenberg will be behind the bar, crafting cocktails to complement the menu.

The collaborative dinner is part of Kwei Fei’s monthlong Yunnanese menu, which runs through Jan. 31.
