Kultura, the acclaimed Filipino restaurant led by James Beard Foundation-nominated Chef Nikko Cagalanan and Paula Kramer, has unveiled a new summer menu that draws inspiration from Cagalanan's Filipino heritage and Kramer's Southern roots.

The cocktail program reflects that same blend of influences. New additions include a cocktail served in a bag, inspired by the way sodas are sold in shops throughout the Philippines; an ice popsicle cocktail; and a tableside shot inspired by taho, the classic Filipino street dessert.
The restaurant has also added halo-halo, the iconic Filipino shaved ice dessert, to the menu.
