Ramen spot Katsubō is kicking off a new monthly series, Kickback at Katsubō, on Sunday, Oct. 5, from 4 to 7 p.m. at its 4628 Spruill Ave. location.
Held on the first Sunday of every month, the event will feature guest bartenders, food pop-ups, live music and local vendors, turning the restaurant into a community gathering spot.
The October lineup includes pizza from Dough Boys Pizza, cocktails by Feral Cane, live music from Jack Kelle and puppy adoptions through Libby & Mace’s Place Rescue.
The series is designed to highlight local talent while bringing people together for an evening of food, drinks and entertainment.
