On Tuesday, January 28th, Husk Charleston will celebrate the best of Southern food and honor culinary legend Jacques Pépin, as part of the 90/90 dinner series, which celebrates Pépin’s 90 years with 90 curated dinners.
This special event will feature a pre-fixe, family-style menu from Husk’s Executive Chefs from across the country, Ray England (Charleston), Ben Norton (Nashville) and Jacob Hammer (Savannah), who have come together in support of the Jacques Pépin Foundation, which aids community kitchens that offer free life skills and culinary training to adults with high barriers to employment.
Each dish aims to capture the essence of Southern flavors, while adding refined elements that push the boundaries of what fine dining can be. Megan Schneeberger, Husk Charleston’s sommelier, has curated wine and beverage pairings to enhance every course
