Honeysuckle Rose invites guests for a new dinner series, where the wine inspires the menu. Each month, guests will enjoy a one-night immersive dining experience showcasing distinguished wines from around the world and the culinary cultures they inspire.
Guests will be guided through an eight-course chef’s tasting menu by Executive Chef River Hill, with each course artfully crafted to pair with the featured wines of the month.
“This series is about more than pairing,” says Honeysuckle Rose co-owner Kelleanne Jones. “It’s about connection—to land, to history, and to the people who bring these wines to life.”
To launch the series, Honeysuckle Rose will welcome Alessandro Guarino and Diana Montereali of Impero Wine for A Journey Through Italy on Monday, January 26th at 6pm, as well as an encore dinner on Tuesday, Jan. 27 at 6 p.m. Alongside Honeysuckle Rose Sommelier, Drew Brandwein, guests will enjoy a guided tour through a curated wine collection from some of Italy’s most iconic regions—bottles chosen not only for their quality, but for the personal stories, cultural heritage, and lived experiences behind them.
Chef Hill will draw inspiration for each course from the region represented in the glass, echoing Italy’s rich culinary traditions while maintaining Honeysuckle Rose’s distinct point of view. The result is an evening that unfolds like a journey—layered, soulful, and deeply expressive—where food, wine, and storytelling move in harmony.
While Monday, January 26th sold out in record time, an additional opportunity to experience A Journey Through Italy has been added on Tuesday, January 27th at 6PM and are now available. The dinner is $250++ per person. Seating is limited. To reserve your seat, please visit HoneysuckleRoseCHS.com. Once reserved, the in-house concierge will work with you directly to further tailor the evening to fit the dietary needs and preferences of each guest.
The wine dinner series will continue on Thursday, February 26, as Honeysuckle Rose hosts winemaker Steve Matthiasson for an 8-course dinner highlighting the highly acclaimed wines from Matthiasson Winery in Napa Valley, California. In March, guests will enjoy a special evening featuring Morét-Brealynn Wines’ small production wines from the Russian River Valley served alongside celebrated Pinot Noirs from Clarice Wine Company.
