Home Team BBQ will host the 7th annual Rock the Block, its flagship fundraiser and block party benefiting Hogs for the Cause and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Charleston. The event will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in front of the downtown Williman Street location of Home Team BBQ. Attendees can expect a day of dancing, live music, food, beer, wine, cocktails, and more.
Tickets will be available starting January 8, 2024 at HomeTeamBBQ.com under the events page.
Supporting Families Fighting Pediatric Cancer
Rock the Block is a fundraiser for Hogs for the Cause and the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Charleston who provide vital direct support to families in our community fighting pediatric cancers. Both of these non-profits address the immediate needs of families battling pediatric cancer through financial grants directly to families or a place to call home during long hospital stays.
“Rock the Block is one of our favorite events because it combines all the things we love to do; food, music, good vibes, and we get to do it all to raise money for a great cause," said Aaron Siegel, Chief Operation Partner/Pitmaster.
Live Music, Food, and Fun
The event will feature three live music acts:
- Headliner - FANTASTIC NEGRITO
- joined by THE PYSCHODELICS and CALEB TOKARSKA
General Admission tickets grant access to the full day of live music, as well as, the chance to purchase food and drinks from six award-winning guest chefs and two large bars featuring beer, wine, and cocktails.
VIP Tickets ($225) offer a premium experience with all-you-can-enjoy bites from five additional local chefs and an open bar in the exclusive VIP lounge. The event will also feature Kid’s VIP Tickets ($35) which include food from the VIP chefs or the Home Team BBQ kids' menu.
