Herd Provisions was crowned 2024’s Heritage Hero at Heritage Fire, the food competition that took place on Sunday, December 8th at The Refinery.
Executive Chef Jeanne Oleksiak, Chef de Cuisine Joe Holmes, and General Manager Ethan Schneider represented Herd and won guests’ votes as the favorite bite of the day with their Mixed Grill Open-Faced Sliders with King's Hawaiian Roll, Duke's Mayo, housemade chimichurri, Bulls Bay flake salt & a protein choice of slow roasted duck, Leaping Waters Farm bone-in ribeye or house made porchetta.
