Herd Provisions in Wagener Terrace is now accepting pre-orders for Holiday Catering to-go, with dishes curated by Executive Chef Jeanne Oleksiak and Executive Sous Chef Joe Holmes.
The holiday menu features main dishes including:
- 32oz Chateaubriand
- Rib Roast
- Lamb Rack
- Poulet Rouge
- Cheese & Charcuterie Board
To accompany the mains, sides include:
- Mashed Potatoes
- Arugula Salad
- Roasted Brussel Sprouts
- Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Farro Salad
- Roasted Garlic Mushrooms
- Demi Glace
For dessert, guests can order:
- Sticky Toffee Bread Pudding
- Eggnog Cheesecake
- To drink, guests can indulge in:
- Spiked Eggnog
- Non-Alcoholic Eggnog
- A Wine Bundle (Herd freezer bag and two bottles of wine, chosen based on preference and budget.)
