Herd Provisions in Wagener Terrace is now accepting pre-orders for Holiday Catering to-go, with dishes curated by Executive Chef Jeanne Oleksiak and Executive Sous Chef Joe Holmes.
The holiday menu features main dishes including:
- 32oz Chateaubriand
- Rib Roast
- Lamb Rack
- Poulet Rouge
- Cheese & Charcuterie Board
To accompany the mains, sides include:
- Mashed Potatoes
- Arugula Salad
- Roasted Brussel Sprouts
- Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Farro Salad
- Roasted Garlic Mushrooms
- Demi Glace
For dessert, guests can order:
- Sticky Toffee Bread Pudding
- Eggnog Cheesecake
- To drink, guests can indulge in:
- Spiked Eggnog
- Non-Alcoholic Eggnog
- A Wine Bundle (Herd freezer bag and two bottles of wine, chosen based on preference and budget.)
To place an order, guests can fill out the form here and send it to info@herdprovisions.com. All orders must be made by Saturday, December 14. Orders can be picked up at Herd Provisions (106 Grove St) between noon-4pm on Tuesday, December 24.
