Hamby Catering & Events today announced the return of its Easter menu, including various offerings and serving packages for the 2025 season.
Two packages are available in both four-person and eight-person quantities. The standard package, priced at $169, includes sliced bourbon pineapple glazed ham and can be upgraded to Hamby Catering’s renowned braised boneless short ribs for $219. All packages come with Southern green beans, macaroni and cheese, Tuscan kale and Brussels sprouts salad, buttermilk biscuits, and chocolate chip cheesecake brownies.
“Easter is a time for joy, tradition, and togetherness,” said Candice Hudnall, President and Owner of Hamby Catering. “Our team at Hamby is delighted to bring delicious meals to tables across the Lowcountry, allowing our clients to spend less time in the kitchen and more time creating memories with their loved ones.”
Similar to their holiday offerings throughout 2024, Hamby Catering will also provide an appetizer package, an à la carte menu, dessert options, and select curated wines.
“We know that not everyone needs a full Easter package but still wants to add a touch of Hamby’s signature flavors to their table,” said Hudnall. “Easter, like Thanksgiving and other cherished holidays, is a time for gathering—where Grandma’s famous dish takes center stage, and family members pitch in with sides or desserts. Let Hamby handle the heavy lifting with our à la carte menu, offering everything from deviled eggs to freshly baked ham biscuits.”
The order deadline for Easter packages and all menu items is 5:00 p.m. on April 17. Pickup will take place on Saturday, April 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All orders will be refrigerated, warming instructions will be included, and no substitutions or modifications can be made. The Market at Hamby will be closed on Easter Sunday and will reopen on Monday, April 21, with normal business hours.
