Halls Chophouse will host an afternoon of exquisite cuisine and world-class wine at the Domaine Pierre Usseglio & Fils Wine Lunch. On Saturday, Feb. 7 at 12 p.m., guests will delight in a 5-course pairing menu showcasing the elegance, complexity, and terroir-driven character of wines from the renowned Rhône Valley producer, Domaine Pierre Usseglio & Fils located in the French wine region of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
The culinary team, led by Executive Chef Adam Jakins, has curated a 5 course menu thoughtfully crafted to complement the day’s wines. Throughout the lunch, guests will learn insights into the wines and winemaking philosophy of Domaine Pierre Usseglio & Fils, making this an exceptional opportunity for both seasoned collectors and curious newcomers to deepen their appreciation of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
