While temperatures may be dropping, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is bringing the heat just in time for the holiday season with its new Fire & Spice seasonal menu, launching on Tuesday, December 3 for a limited time only. The winter menu includes new offerings, such as the Pepperoni Diavolo Pizza and White Chocolate Cheesecake as well as the Vino’rita, a classic margarita topped with a festive pour of Mille Gradi Sangiovese.
The full Fire & Spice Seasonal Menu includes:
- Winter Arugula Salad: Fresh arugula topped with oven-roasted Brussels sprouts, red onion, dried cranberries and feta, tossed with balsamic dressing
- The Bridge Board: A generous assortment of Italian meats and cheeses, complemented with walnuts, dried cranberries and oven-roasted Brussels sprouts drizzled with Mike’s Hot Honey®, served with sliced bread
- Pepperoni Diavolo Pizza: Grimaldi’s Traditional cheese pizza topped with pepperoni, garlic, and spicy giardiniera
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake: Creamy vanilla cheesecake filled with chunks of Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cup, served on an Oreo® cookie crust with chocolate sauce and whipped cream
- White Chocolate Cheesecake: White Chocolate cheesecake with a Nilla® Wafer crust, garnished with a white chocolate sauce and whipped cream
- Desert Pear Margarita: Desert Pear syrup, Gran Centenario añejo tequila, Cointreau, and fresh citrus juices, garnished with a Luxardo cherry and lime wedge
- Vino’rita: Traditional margarita featuring Gran Centenario añejo tequila, and fresh citrus juices, topped with Mille Gradi Sangiovese and a lime wheel

The Fire & Spice Winter menu is available for dine-in and takeout on December 3 through March 3, at Grimaldi’s locations nationwide, excluding NY and NJ. Guests can place carry-out and delivery orders directly from their local Grimaldi’s, or delivery orders via DoorDash, GrubHub and UberEats. Grimaldi’s Pizzeria Rewards members will earn points with every dine-in or phone order, as well as orders placed via the Grimaldi’s website or via the mobile app.
