A new season is on the horizon, and Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is ready to ring in spring with its updated Garden of Flavors menu. The seasonal menu will be available starting on March 4. Additionally, Grimaldi’s is announcing a new addition to the permanent menu, the Tuscan Veggie Pizza.
The full Garden of Flavors spring menu includes:
- Italian Hero Pizza: Grimaldi’s spin on the classic Italian Combo Sandwich, made on a Traditional or Pesto pizza topped with ham, salami, roma tomatoes, red onion and pepperoncini.
- Zesty Springtime Salad: Spring mix, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pepperoncini, red onion and gorgonzola tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Spring Bridge Board: A generous assortment of Italian meats and cheeses complemented with walnuts, roasted red peppers and sliced pepperoncini, served with sliced bread.
- Banana Cream Cheesecake: Banana cheesecake with a Nilla Wafer crust, topped with whipped cream and crushed Nilla Wafers.
- Caramel Coconut Cheesecake: Caramel cheesecake on an Oreo cookie crust, topped with caramel glaze and toasted coconut, finished with a chocolate drizzle and whipped cream.
- Limoncello Spritzer: Bex Riesling, Lazzaroni limoncello, lemon juice and Owen’s ginger beer.
A new vegetable pizza joins the Chef Selections collections on the permanent menu:
- Tuscan Veggie Pizza: Choice of Grimaldi’s Traditional or White pizza, topped with roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic and basil.
The Garden of Flavors menu will be available at all Grimaldi’s locations starting on Tuesday, March 4 for dine-in and takeout at Grimaldi’s locations nationwide. Find your neighborhood Grimaldi’s location here.
The Tuscan Veggie Pizza was created at the request of our guests, with this combination ranked as the most desired, so Grimaldi’s listened! It joins the Chef Selections section of the everyday menu, including classic Grimaldi’s combinations like The Don and The Brooklyn Bridge.
