FOOD & WINE, Travel + Leisure, and Southern Living on Tuesday unveiled new star talent and programming for the second annual Food & Wine Classic in Charleston, taking place November 14–16, 2025.
Joining the celebrated culinary lineup are New York Times best-selling author Valerie Bertinelli, Ross Mathews (The Drew Barrymore Show), award-winning creator, New York Times best-selling author, and host Phil Rosenthal (Somebody Feed Phil & Everybody Loves Raymond), and award-winning country musician and best-selling cookbook author Trisha Yearwood. The group will participate in live cooking demonstrations, conversations, and special event programming throughout the weekend. In addition to hosting a live cooking demo, Yearwood will co-host the Southern Living Lowcountry Tailgate alongside Southern Living editor in chief Sid Evans.
The 2025 Food & Wine Classic in Charleston features more than 40 curated experiences including culinary seminars, wine and spirits tastings, and cooking demos led by industry icons and some of the most exciting names in food and beverage, including Emeril and E.J. Lagasse, Kwame Onwuachi, Gail Simmons, Maneet Chauhan, Tyler Florence, and Andrew Zimmern, alongside Charleston luminaries Mike Lata, Rodney Scott, Hector Garate, and Carrie Morey.
