The King Cake Pancakes (pictured) are banana pancakes that have a hint of cinnamon, topped with classic icing and Mardi Gras colored sugar. Available as a single ($4.99) or make it a meal with a double ($6.99) or triple stack ($8.99).
The Fish & Grits is a Flying Biscuit twist on a classic. Indulge in blackened Tilapia served on a bed of creamy white cheddar cheese grits with homemade red tomato coulis and fresh basil for $15.99.
