This holiday season, Fleet Landing is serving a full Thanksgiving dinner — on the half shell.
Inspired by traditional holiday dishes, the waterfront restaurant is offering a three-course oyster flight that reimagines Thanksgiving favorites with a Lowcountry twist.
The flight includes:
- Thanksgiving Tart - Cranberry reduction and arugula crème fraîche topped with wasabi tobiko.
- Thursday Classic - A salty oyster topped with roasted turkey and sage gravy, turkey cracklin’ and crispy collards.
- Sweet Potato Pie - Candied sweet potato purée, crushed graham cracker and brûléed honey fluff.
Fleet Landing’s Thanksgiving Oyster Flight launches Friday, Nov. 14, and will be available through the end of November.
