Firefly Distillery’s Sunday Oyster Roast series will return this fall, with four events scheduled throughout the 2026-27 oyster season.
The first roast will be held Sunday, Oct. 25, on the distillery’s five-acre field along Noisette Creek. Additional oyster roasts are scheduled for Nov. 22, Feb. 21 and March 21.
Each event will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with all-you-can-eat oysters served from noon to 3 p.m. by Reeds Catering and Bird Island Oyster Co. Oysters will be served at community-style tables.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own oyster shuckers and rags, though supplies will also be available for purchase at Firefly’s gift shop.
Each roast will feature live music on the field and a rotating lineup of food trucks. Firefly cocktails, beer and soft drinks will also be available throughout the afternoon. Guests are welcome to bring blankets and chairs.
Tickets are $35 for each event, while children 12 and younger are admitted free. Tickets are available online through Bold Type Tickets. Walk-up availability will be extremely limited, and if tickets are no longer available online, the event is sold out.
