Félix Cocktails et Cuisine has officially rolled out its seasonal cocktail lineup, and the French-inspired bar says Beverage Director Hailey Knight's creations lean into nostalgic holiday flavors.
The menu includes:
- Pearis, Je T’aime – Spiced pear, ginger liqueur, allspice dram, pear liqueur, lemon, Demerara, and egg white, finished with freshly grated nutmeg
- The Holiday Spritz – Gin, cranberry, fresh orange juice, ginger ale, and rosemary
- The Félix Toddy – Bourbon, spiced pear, lemon, and honey, served warm
- Cinnamon Sleigh Ride – Housemade eggnog with your choice of spiced rum or bourbon
