This Summer, D.C.-based Timber Pizza Co. is planning to open a pizza joint in downtown Charleston at 741 Meeting Street. It will be the brand’s first location in the South Carolina.
In 2014, Andrew Dana and Chris Brady started Timber Pizza in their off-hours with a pizza oven and a ’67 Chevy pickup truck. They were soon joined by Chef Dani Moreira, who had just graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. In 2016, they opened their first brick-and-mortar pizza shop in Petworth, D.C. Since then, they've opened several other locations, including one in Raleigh, N.C.
The Charleston location will be open seven nights a week for both pick-up and dine-in.
