On Friday, Dec. 19 at 6:00 p.m., head to The Loft at Costa as they embark on an Umbrian Harvest Dinner, a culinary journey through the heart of Italy’s green region and the next chapter in their Passport: Italian Wine Regions dining series.
Guided by Beverage Director Mark McNeely, guests will travel through Umbria’s rolling hills and medieval towns, tasting the bold, expressive wines that define the region. Chef Ryan Singletary presents elevated takes on Umbrian classics, weaving in the rustic soul of the countryside with refined technique. Along the way, Urbani truffles add their unmistakable depth and decadence—an essential indulgence of any Umbrian table.
This four-course experience brings together truffle-rich dishes, big-shouldered wines, and the earthy, timeless flavors of Umbria—an evening crafted for those who savor the journey as much as the destination.
Cost is $250 per ticket + tax, which includes:
