James Beard semifinalist and owner of Mister Mao in New Orleans, Chef Sophina Uong, is headed to Sullivan’s Fish Camp for a special one-night collaboration with Chef Jason Stanhope. On Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., the two powerhouse chefs will join forces for a special coastal cookout.
The menu is a Lowcountry Khmer Boil, a funky, flavor-packed twist on the traditional Lowcountry boil, infused with Cambodian flair and Uong’s signature “inauthentic” global style. Alongside the boil, guests can enjoy fresh, briny bites from Stanhope’s raw bar, featuring local seafood and seasonal offerings.
Sullivan’s Fish Camp is located at 2019 Middle Street, Unit A, on Sullivan's Island.
