Award-winning chef, cookbook author and television personality Vivian Howard today announced the launch of weekend brunch at her downtown Charleston restaurant, Lenoir. Beginning immediately, guests can enjoy a curated brunch menu every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Located just off King Street at 68 Wentworth St., adjacent to The Lindy Renaissance Charleston Hotel, Lenoir's new brunch service will be offered alongside classic Bloody Marys and Mimosas and its regular cocktail menu.
"We're thrilled to bring weekend brunch to Lenoir with a menu that honors classic Southern breakfast traditions," Howard said. "Charleston has such a vibrant brunch culture, and we're excited to add our own distinct perspective to a favorite weekend ritual. We can't wait to welcome both locals and visitors alike."
Brunch guests can expect a selection of Southern-inspired dishes like:
- Carolina-Style Full Breakfast – Two eggs, sausage patties, bacon, field pea succotash, sliced heirloom tomato, crispy potato ($18)
- French Omelet – Five eggs, chives, sea salt, French butter, basic salad ($15)
- Cast Iron Grits & Greens – Spicy tomato relish, sunny eggs ($14)
- Steak & Eggs – Hanger steak, house fries, jammy eggs, sun-dried tomato pesto ($35)
- Loaded Biscuits & Gravy – Fried chicken cutlet, pork sausage, easy eggs ($21)
- K-Town Burger – Smash patties, house chili, slaw, sharp cheddar, Texas toast, house fries ($26)
- Crispy Trout Po’ Boy – Sunburst trout, tomato, pickle, lettuce, butter-toasted hoagie ($25)
- Berry Salad – Artisan greens, spiced pecans, Maytag blue cheese ($16)
- Shrimp & Grits – Pimiento cheese grits, pork belly, Castelvetrano olives, spicy tomato butter ($25)
- Tomato Pie – Heirloom tomato, onions, mayo, basil, thyme, fontina, mozzarella ($24)
Beyond weekend brunch, Lenoir’s bar opens at 4 p.m. daily, with dinner service from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week. The bar remains open until 11 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and midnight on Friday and Saturday.
